Reservation & Dining Information

The guest experience at George Trois is a 12-course, chef designed, tasting menu. The cost is $205 per guest (plus tax & gratuity). Any additional beverage service, including wine flight and selections from the list, are an additional charge. Guests may also bring wine from their own private collection, no corkage fee.

All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations will be charged $40 per guest. Due to limited seating available, our policy is necessary and appropriate in order to facilitate and effectuate optimum patron usage. However, reservations can be adjusted without penalty with 24 hours’ notice – within 24 hours, a 20% fee will be applied.

Aboyer and Silencieux will NOT take George Trois reservations.


Jackets are required for gentlemen to dine at George Trois. No denim, hats (for gentlemen) or sleeveless shirts (for gentlemen) will be permitted. Ties are optional. All coats are required to be checked (they are fully insured).
