Reservation & Dining Information

The guest experience at George Trois is a 12-course, chef designed, tasting menu. The cost is $215 per guest (plus tax & gratuity). Any additional beverage service, including wine flight and selections from the list, are an additional charge.

Guests may also bring wine from their own private collection. This is limited to one bottle per table for a $50.00 corkage fee. Exceptions can be made regarding this fee should guests decide to purchase from our wine list and exceed the corkage fee.

All reservations must be made with a $50 per guest, non-refundable deposit 24 hours in advance of dining. To change, alter or cancel a reservation is complimentary within 72 hours. Reservation cancellations without the required 72 hour notice, will be subject to the full cost of the menu at $215 per guest.

Jackets are required for gentlemen to dine at George Trois. No denim, hats (for gentlemen) or sleeveless shirts (for gentlemen) will be permitted. Ties are optional. All coats are required to be checked.
